Explosionproof pressure monitoring
A utility company in a major metropolitan area uses ADALET Wireless’ AWT-X transmitters with available explosionproof pressure transducers to monitor natural gas pressure in under-street piping. The process signal is sent 200’ through a tunnel to the AWR receiver.

Remote water level monitoring
A large steel mill employs ADALET Wireless’ AWT-D DIN-rail transmitters to monitor water level in a cooling tower used in the mill’s emergency cooldown system. The transmitters and power supplies are mounted in existing water-tight enclosures with the level transmitters. The process signal is transmitted 1000’ to AWR receivers located inside the control room within the main building.

Remote signaling
A chemical company uses an ADALET Wireless AWT-N transmitter to allow security personnel to trigger emergency exit signals at 3 remote gates (1 transmitter to 3 receivers).

Tank farm level monitoring
An oil refinery uses ADALET Wireless’ AWT-X transmitters to monitor tank levels and oxygen/combustibles on 50+ tanks located nearly a mile from the monitoring location.

Contact Closure signaling
A major pharmaceutical company uses the Adalet Wireless AWT-X transmitter to monitor the opening and closing of a door in a secure area. The contact closure is sent wirelessly to an alarm system notifying personnel of the conditions in the secure area.

Discrete inputs, real time switch or contact closure signals can be sent via an ADALET Wireless link. Ideal for applications where sensors or instruments provide a contact closure, the ADALET Wireless Transmitter replicates the contact closure and transmits the signal wirelessly to a base station receiver.

Temperature Monitoring
A large industrial manufacturer uses the ADALET Wireless AWT-N rugged transmitter to monitor temperature in an area of their manufacturing process. The transmitter accepts the thermocouple input directly and transmits the temperature reading to the base station receiver in their control room.

Analog or Voltage Measurements
Add a wireless communication link to an analog measuring device for pressure, level, pH, flow, etc. ADALET Wireless transmitters allow for the use of any instrument or sensing device that uses a current of 4-20mA or voltage of 0-10V.

Pressure Transmission
Designed for measuring or monitoring pressure, the ADALET Wireless pressure transmitter can be used with most commercially available pressure sensors or transducers to detect pressure in industrial or hazardous locations.

Temperature Transmission
The ADALET Wireless temperature transmitter allows for monitoring temperature in a wide variety of industry applications where a thermocouple or RTD is used. Inputs are available for most standard thermocouple or RTD sensors. Perform high temperature analysis and measure specified temperature ranges without the need for a hard wired temperature monitoring system. Send single or multiple field temperature measurements to your control room PC, PLC or DCS system via the ADALET Wireless link.
